TENOR BLUE RELEASES NEW SONG AND VIDEO FOR “LIfe Doesn’t Have To Be This Way”

(April 4th, 2025) – Today, International Crossover Reggae/R&B artist Tenor Blue releases his new single “Life Doesn’t Have To Be This Way”. Written by Tenor Blue and Produced by 2x Grammy-Award winning producer Jason “J-Vibe” Farmer, “Life Doesn’t Have To Be This Way” marks the first single release since relocating from South Florida to Atlanta for Tenor Blue in 2021. Tenor reflects, “It’s been an amazing rollercoaster ride the last couple years but it’s really reset the board for me creatively and mentally and has re-energized me to hone my craft and go after my career in music with a determination I hadn’t had in recent years. I’ve put in a ton of work on my voice and have really elevated my game as a performer and songwriter these past few years and I can’t wait to share this new music with the world!” “Life Doesn’t Have To Be This Way” features a memorable anthem-like chorus that is both plaintive and uplifting. This modern Roots-style Reggae offering from Tenor Blue is accompanied by outstanding performances from some of the top studio and touring South Florida-based musicians including Jason Farmer and Brian Williamson (Collie Buddz), Speedy King (Julian Marley), Sergio Cavalieri and others. It is a song that was recorded in 2016 but which, in the current political and social climate, has found its moment in time. Featuring its provocative cover art, “Life” showcases a timeless message and shines a light on injustice and unnecessary human suffering, offering an impassioned plea to mankind to find a heart to treat each other with the love and respect with which we all desire to be treated.
